Saving discarded food means a lot for the better future so I liked the policy. Just it's not that a wellknown app sadly even for shop owners. They weren't informed/educated enough to understand how to deal with when I visited and picked up my order. Hope more people get to use and enjoy benefits as well as more shops to join in it later around my city not only in Seoul.

유통기한 5달 정도 남은 제품으로 샀는데 2달 정도 남은 제품으로 왔네요. 해당 제품 말고도 다른 제품들도 날짜 안 지켜서 온게 두 제품 더 있었어요. 임박 상품에서는 유통기한이 곧 가격인데요? 고객센터 힘들게 찾아서 말했더니 다짜고짜 사진을 찍어서 보내라고만 하고는, 제대로 된 사과 먼저 없이 품목별로 포인트 50 퍼 20 퍼 보상해주겠다고 합니다. 유통기한 제대로 안 맞춰온 게 하나도 아니고 여러 제품인 것도 개최악인데 사과 없이 다짜고짜 사진 찍어서 보내라 하질 않나, 포인트 보상도 50퍼 20퍼인것도 참 기가 차네요ㅋㅋㅋ 여기 쓴 거 말고도 할말 훨씬 더 많은데 이만 줄일게요. 이런 식으로 운영할 거면 고객센터 아예 없애는 게 나을 거 같아요.
