The portal is for individuals interested or already participating in a clinical study, and provides information and tools to support the participation journey – including program or study overview, visits schedule and what to expect, as well as study documents and useful resources such as articles, videos, interactive modules and games, and links to online support. Additional amenities and services may be included such as, reminders and notifications, Televisits, medical records sharing, electronic consenting, electronic diaries and assessments, direct messaging to the care team, transportation and reimbursement services.

Where applicable, the portal also supports individual data return such as labs, vitals and body measurements, compliant with study and country regulations. Study results may be delivered to the portal and can be accessed after the study ends.

The same great features found in the web browser version are now available as an app, with exclusive features such as push notifications.
