I was sceptical at first, but I'm so happy with the app. Don't need anything other than my phone to buy ice cream and don't need to worry about having to lose any rewards card. Also, get vouchers for buy one get one free every month and easily add to the app.

I had the same problem others have reported. Email sent to me said $10 credit, but only received $5. Companies shouldn't send out lies in emails. After using app, it was actually easy and convenient. I'm surprised more payment apps don't work like this.

I'm sure the app features would be good but I don't want to enter my payment details into a rewards app just to collect points. Would be awesome if it was just a rewards app and payment through the app was optional

i went to DFO Moorabin to claim a free ice cream cone via barcode on phone.. and they refused to give me one because I hadn't printed it out.. what the??? my kid wasn't happy.. I was pissed!

I like having the loyalty rewards on my phone, but not happy that you need my credit card for me to build up the points (unless I'm missing something?) That combined with gradually increasing prices are making my former favourite dessert place less and less desirable!
