1 star only... unresponsive navigation in almost every action, (e.g. play, select sleep time, select track), several seconds (almost 20) until completed. stuck downloading several times for several audiobooks (e.g. whole audiobook, single tracks). both problems occured on different phones and different android versions. update, i reinstall your app, every 2 weeks but do you really think thats a solution? update: 4 stars, works much better! tested on pixel 8a and one plus one.

I experienced, that the app saves a different timestamp on the audiobook than where I really stopped the last time. Often I have to skip a few parts forward and have to find the exact moment. A bit frustrating. It's my first audiobook here on Tolino, so I don't know if it's any different with other books, but for me it is a bit confusing to not have clear description of the parts, only "chapter 1,2,3.." (but it's not really the chapters but the chapters split up in 5 min parts.

The reading experience is nice but at least 30 percent of the time when I load the app, my books don't load and no books show up in my library at all. If I wait and hit the sync/refresh button multiple times, they sometimes load after a what feels like a ridiculously long time, but often I have to restart the app multiple times. I also have serious trouble with reading books or even starting the app when I'm not connected to the internet/offline/am in an area with poor service.

Even though it looks nice, it doesn't deliver in the slightest. Every input lags (sometimes over a minute), automated download from following chapters doesn't happen, crashes, and even though the interface looks convincing, its not working properly, half of the time I don't know if the app understood what I want it to do. As it is now, it is a big disappointment.
