I would give it Higher star rating if I could go inside the dang app. For some reason I try to go in the app and it stays loading or whatever forever. Remember I need this to go inside my gym btw. So until they fix this I will say it sucks. I already asked support and they haven't replied yet so yeah, It seems I am not the only one experiencing these issues in the Portuguese version. Edit: they did resolve it but the response took awhile.

Estaría bien que desde la app pudieras ver tu log de entradas al gym (dia y hora de entrada y salida). Y sería la ostia que desde la app pudieras ver en directo cuánta gente hay en ese momento en el gym (en porcentaje de capacidad máx. o número), eso sería LA OSTIA. :)

I can't go into the app and cancel a recurring membership (as I was on a two week trip in Barcelona). Your staff member set up a recurring monthly membership (instead of just 1 month) which I kept getting charged on and now I cannot log in to cancel it. I've had to cancel my debit card and request a new one thinking I was getting scammed from a shady convenience store with random different payments only to realize Bruc Barcelona was you. Very disappointed
