I trust Naveed for original products, my only complaint is the app is slow, not very well designed, also there are so many products that are available in store but not updated online, so we can't order them.

After every update new minor fixes are showed up. this time the search bar in not taking space between words

I haven't shopped from Naheed yet but I don't get the full details of any product on their app. It's just about the name and price, after taking it, the product's package is there. If the package quality is good, then you can read the ingredients of the product, etc., otherwise you have to check the product details from another website first, so this is a big flaw in it.

They have increased the price of each item after getting a little bit fame & success. such a miserable state! one cant even post a review on their app as they don't approve negative reviews. plus, if you are making online payment & some items (you already paid for) are missing from the order, they don't even bother to send a replacement/refund in place of the missing item. I was a regular buyer but I have decided to not waste my money and time here further.
