You can still use the game even if you do not consent to access privileges.

■Optional access privileges
[Select] Storage (Photos/Media/Files): Permission to take screen captures such as gameplay videos and screenshots and save recorded files.
[Select] Device: Permission to check the connection status and use of Bluetooth keyboard and mouse in-game.
[Select] Microphone: Permission to record audio when recording screen
[Select] Notifications: Permission to receive information and advertising push notifications sent from game apps

■How to reset access privileges
After agreeing to the access privileges, you can reset the access privileges as follows.
Android 6.0 or higher: Settings > Application management > Lineage 2M > Select appropriate access privileges
