It's a terribly and unnecessarily complicated system , the app should be more easier to use for people who aren't tech savvy. The user interface is not at all user friendly and has a lot of bugs , felt like Its not worth 6k Please get an update on the app cause your product and idea is good but terrible execution.

After the recent update of NESCAFÉ É COFFEE MAKER app WON'T open. The app force closes instantly when tried to launch it. Need to resolve the issue by providing an update to the app.
