The app is very bad, it is not user friendly. The plans are not flexible. People should be able to combine the quality of streaming and number of devices they want to use at a given time if the company were truly customer friendly. Now if I want to watch UltraHD movies, I have to pay for extra devices I will never use at one time. Overpriced with bad UI design, very limited content, and bad subscription plans. The app on Chromecast does not work anymore
