Our app will also allow you to link many of the popular fitness tracking devices and fitness apps on the market. It uses HealthKit to save your workouts, so they can contribute to your fitness goals and challenges progress.

Explore how healthier and younger you can become over time with the new BioAge feature that you can test even at home. Easy and automated ways to track all of your activities and measure how active you are with the new Activity Levels feature. Training plans that you can follow to build up a fitness routine even at home.

Great app, it is keeping me informed on my progress and which parts of my body to focus on. It is also keeping me motivated. However I wish it would sync with other apps such as Google fit and swim tag that way I don't have to manually update my walking and swimming progress. Lastly maybe also add a calorie tracker of meals. If it had these changes I would give it a 5 star in a heartbeat.

Our gym recently got EGYM installed, the machine is good with the bioage etc. Linking Fitbit to egym is another story. Activities are missing and some times it doesn't sync for 2 days and then it doesn't sync everything. Can't unlink fitbit, just get an error message everything saying server issue. So I can't even try to solve the issue by re linking it.

UPDATE: Since the new version I get a weird "daily routine" entry each day where it sometimes says I burned up to 2000 calories!! Each day! Although I DON'T HAVE a daily routine! Please fix this asap! Please support other languages, add a dark theme and also make sure that adding exercises manually works as expected and gets synched as expected! 🙏
