We will become a reliable neighbor for the transportation vulnerable in Suwon.--

Target use:
- Disabled people with severe disabilities (existing grades 1 to 3), different grades for people of national merit, grades 1 to 3
- Long-term care level 1~3
- In the case of a pregnant woman, a person who has submitted a medical certificate stating the expected date of birth and the difficulty in using public transportation
- For the disabled (existing grades 4 to 6) with a mild disability, a medical certificate is required that includes a statement that it is difficult to use public transportation due to disability medical certificate issued by
- Persons with disabilities using wheelchairs who are currently hospitalized in Suwon-si for more than one month (※ Confirmation of hospitalization and medical certificate required)
- People with disabilities using wheelchairs to participate in events hosted by Woori City (sponsored)
- Disabled persons using wheelchairs among foreigners and overseas citizens (※Required proof of residence in Korea)
- A person of national merit or a recipient of basic livelihood among the elderly over 65 who were registered as eligible to use special means of transportation before February 28, 2015 and need a medical certificate that includes the difficulty in using public transportation (※Article 3 of the Medical Act) A medical certificate issued by a general hospital that falls under Paragraph 2, Item 3 (e))

Usage fee:
- Suwon City: Public transportation city bus card fare applied
- Outside Suwon: 100 won added for every 5 km from the city boundary (tollgate fee and parking fee due to waiting time is borne by the user)
