This is a great app, easy to use. Shopping with Ocado is a breeze, such a wide range and choice of products. Weekly deliveries are always efficient, almost always, within the allotted time frame. Negative: During demanding times, eg covid period, Christmas, etc., and / or when items are in short supply, it would be great if Ocado would recognise their long-standing, loyal customers and make them a priority. Otherwise, no complaints!

This app has improved again and I find the app very usable. Customer service is outstanding and beats other supermarkets too. My only complaint is that I can't track my shopping anymore. The bot said that it would update the ETA on my home page but it hasn't.

Used to love it but not such a fan now. I've been an Ocado customer for a few years as I love the reliability of stock and delivery. Useful product reviews and good range. But the app itself is getting too pushy. More checkout sell-on screens. More promoted products top of search. More notifications about generic promos. Worse basket and receipt info. I'd love some options to reduce notifications and show more details on the page.

Too many spammy messages that are impossible to stop. I can't risk turning off all notifications as I want them for delivery updates. I pay for Smart Pass but the spammy messages are making me think about trying another store after all these years. App is ok except for the unwanted messages. Edit; Still getting unwanted messages from the app (sales and offers...) that I can't turn off, so annoying. My spam folder is full of Ocado emails and the app sends constant notifications of sales/offers.

the number of times I've thought I've booked a shop, only to find out days later I haven't. having to click through so many extra selling screens every single time is infuriating and really scummy UX. the ultimate irritation is when you're editing your order close to the cut off and can't click through all the screens fast enough before it tells you it's past cut off. just make one click checkout always available, you're a premium supermarket not Ryanair
