This app is a complete disappointment. Accounts get locked without any warning, message, or explanation. You open the app and it suddenly says your credentials are incorrect, only to later find out the account has been blocked. No SMS, no email, no call—absolutely zero communication from the bank. Customer support is slow, unhelpful, and fails to resolve the issue. For a banking app, reliability is the bare minimum, and this app fails badly. Very frustrating experience and a waste of time.
