Through targeted efforts such as supporting adoption, managing stray animal populations, and providing professional veterinary care, we strive to create a balanced and humane coexistence between people and animals.

At the core of Olfa’s approach is a field-ready, proactive system. We operate three fully-equipped mobile veterinary clinics, each staffed by trained veterinary professionals. These mobile units are designed to bring essential animal care directly to the areas that need it most. They are stocked with advanced medical supplies and equipment to conduct surgeries, administer vaccinations, and help reduce the unregulated breeding of stray dogs and cats. These services ensure the well-being of animal populations and align with regional animal welfare regulations.

To support post-treatment care and adoption readiness, Olfa establishes and manages temporary recovery facilities, each designed to house up to 200 animals at a time. The facilities are divided into separate sections for cats and dogs and are operated 24/7 by experienced animal handlers. These facilities serve multiple purposes: they provide a safe recovery space for animals following medical procedures, prepare animals for adoption, and house those awaiting reintroduction to safe, approved outdoor locations.

Olfa takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of animal care. Our team is composed of skilled veterinarians, veterinary assistants, animal handlers, and support personnel. Each team member undergoes a rigorous selection and training process to ensure they meet our strict criteria for empathy, professionalism, and technical expertise. In support of effective population management and health tracking, Olfa utilizes identification technologies such as microchips and tracking tags, ensuring each animal’s care and location are documented. This digital tracking system enhances transparency, supports municipal coordination, and helps monitor long-term outcomes for each animal.

Our rescue efforts are carried out by a fleet of specialized vehicles operated by trained personnel. In close partnership with the Eastern Province Municipality, Olfa responds to reports of stray animals, ensuring safe and humane transport. After receiving necessary care, animals are either adopted, sheltered, or reintroduced into safe, designated environments in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
