This new app took away all my Gold level points earned. My group of friends and I no longer have Wednesday breakfast because of this. Bad, bad, bad trying to trick long time loyal customers.

This app is trash. Super slow to load: wifi, 5g, doesn't matter. Everything you tap on takes a while to load the next screen. You can't build a combo, the app will crash every time, so you have to pay a la carte for items. It did eventually work, so 2 stars.

Latest version of the app is sadly disappointing. The former rewards system made me happy to buy food at Kneaders 3 to 4 times a week. I mean, 2 smoothies for the price of one? YES! Kneaders was one of the bright spots in my life for that reward alone. I'll always love Kneaders, but because of the new app, I'll miss them. I won't be going there anymore. I guess the former app, that promoted business & encouraged a quick drive by to pick up lunch or a snack had to go, along with steady customers.
