The Omega Capital App: Your innovative financial tool

The Omega Capital application is a service designed to simplify and improve the experience of all Omega Card beneficiaries. With this app, you can manage your transactions easily, quickly and safely.

Quick and easy registration
To register, you only need to have your Omega Card on hand. The process consists of the following steps:

1. I don't have an account, I want to register.
2. Beneficiary verification:
- Enter ID number.
- Enter Date of Birth.
- Enter the last 6 digits of the Omega card.
3. Validate your card details.
4. Add security questions.
5. Enter the user data.
6. Add email and phone number, where you will confirm the process through an OTP code.

Beneficiary already registered on the Omega Web portal:
1. Enter User.
2. Enter Password.
3. Validate your card details.
4. Add email and phone number, where you will confirm the process through an OTP code.

Secure access
You can enter the app with your username and password, or use biometric authentication methods such as fingerprint or Face ID for greater convenience and security.

Main features
With the Omega Capital app, you can:

- Check balances.
- Check the latest movements.
- Consult Deposits by periods.
- Consult Consumption by periods.
- Make Mobile Payment.

The application has two main menus:

Side menu
- Affiliate directory: Add or remove affiliates to make payments faster.
- Settings: Update your personal data or configure biometric authentication.
- Contact us: Communicate directly with the customer service team via WhatsApp.
- Log out: Exit the app safely.

Main menu
- Home: Select your Omega Card
- Check the balance of the selected Omega card
- Check the latest movements, Deposits and Consumption
- Password change: Update your password by entering the current password, the new password and its confirmation.
- Mobile payment: Activate this function with the Omega Capital Sales or Customer Service team so that it can later be viewed in the APP and make payments and transactions.

How to make a Mobile Payment?
- From the Directory: To registered people, Select the affiliate, enter the amount, the concept and confirm the transaction.
- Select the method to confirm the operation (code by email or SMS) below.
- Enter the confirmation code and press Finish.
- Receive a confirmation message.

- To unregistered people: Complete the fields with the required data, if you want to save the beneficiary in the directory you must check the option and confirm the operation.
- Select the method to confirm the operation (code by email or SMS) below.
- Enter the confirmation code and press Finish.
- Receive a confirmation message.

Username or password recovery
If you forget your credentials, you can recover them from the login screen. You just have to validate your Omega Capital ID and card, and choose the recovery method: receive a code by email or SMS, or answer your security questions.
