Users of older versions of this app are locked out of the app, and with the updates being more frequent than trains on the Tsuen Wan Line, this is an absolute nightmare to use.

Typical HK rubbish. Takes about 2 hours to set up, and there is no help at all. I guess there are restrictions on what passwords you can use, but it doesn't tell you anywhere what they are. So you just have to try to find one that will work. And because it won't let you attempt to login after a couple of failed attempts (with the password that you set, but wasn't accepted, even though you got a success message), you have to reinstall 10 times before you finally succeed.
