I’m very satisfied with the OpenPhone system, now called Quo. I own a cleaning company with over 500 clients, and this service has been a great help. I can make calls from anywhere in the world with excellent connection quality. Their customer support is outstanding. I truly have nothing to complain about.
Open Phone is great, only one major drawback that they don't offer Canadian pricing.
The app is working fine for the most part. However, the logo change is really annoying for one reason: the icon for Quo in the notification bar looks like a voicemail message icon. I keep thinking I have unread voicemails instead of Quo notifications, and it's really irritating. Would be nice if this icon was changed to look more distinct.
Trying to use this app to run a business with a lot of clients is a pain. every time the app updates, it deletes all my past text messages with clients. not only that, if you're not on strong Wi-Fi there is mostly a delay in the phone conversation which is annoying. if you're using it just for casual purposes, it's fine, but I would not recommend it for serious business use.
The app is awful. It's ridiculously slow and crashy all the time. Half the time it doesn't notify you of calls or texts. I had to set it up on my computer and just call everyone back once I get the missed call notification from their web version. It’s incredibly annoying. With how expensive it is, I don't think I'll be continuing with this company for much longer.
