Quo, formerly known as OpenPhone, solves the problem of inefficient customer relationship management by providing a comprehensive phone system, benefiting businesses and entrepreneurs who need to streamline their communication processes. Compared to alternatives in the Business category, Quo stands out with its user-friendly interface and excellent user rating of 4.6/5. However, its lack of permissions raises questions about its functionality and data collection methods. Overall, Quo's excellent rating and moderate download numbers suggest a well-regarded app, but its limitations and potential data collection methods warrant closer examination.

Cons
- The app's lack of permissions may limit its functionality, potentially restricting its ability to integrate with other apps or access certain features, which could be a drawback for some users.
- Despite its excellent rating, some users may experience issues with the app, and the lack of a clear FAQ or troubleshooting section on the developer's website could make it difficult for users to find help.
- Quo's data collection methods are unclear, and the app's privacy policy is not readily available, which may raise concerns for businesses that handle sensitive customer information.
- The app's compatibility with certain devices or Android versions is unknown, which could lead to installation or performance issues for some users.

#142 in Top Grossing Business in Canada
Quo (formerly OpenPhone) users say on Google Play
Great app. It's the best virtual phone app I've tried, and the one I eventually settled on for my business. Support was fast when I needed it. Great features. The only thing I have run into is that it won't do group texting over 10 people. Other than that, it's perfect.
Open Phone is great, only one major drawback that they don't offer Canadian pricing.
The app is working fine for the most part. However, the logo change is really annoying for one reason: the icon for Quo in the notification bar looks like a voicemail message icon. I keep thinking I have unread voicemails instead of Quo notifications, and it's really irritating. Would be nice if this icon was changed to look more distinct.
The sync contacts feature doesn't even work, so i am not sure why it's there i am always adding new contacts to my phone's contacts and they never sync to the app even after enabling the sync everywhere option, it doesn't even sync to my device much less everywhere syncing contacts from my phone to the app should be something that's easily accomplished but i guess not now i have to enter contact twice on my phone and on the app thank you for giving me extra work, i need it
The app is awful. It's ridiculously slow and crashy all the time. Half the time it doesn't notify you of calls or texts. I had to set it up on my computer and just call everyone back once I get the missed call notification from their web version. It’s incredibly annoying. With how expensive it is, I don't think I'll be continuing with this company for much longer.
