I love the game, but I wish there was a way to get gems fast and because I really want a coffee maker and more stuff to my clients happy and cozy and for the room update I wish it was more faster

played this game before you said you made the better but it is still difficult to open wards to carry on playing. If you want make it more fun cut the amount of blue prints to open areas. That will make it easier to expand your hospital and add the rooms.

I download this game because the caracters are CUTE. You can play it slow, alone for relaxing time. But sadly if you want to go adventurous, you have to PAY TO WIN. The graphics are excellent but please expect no more of you're on free mode.

I like the game itself. It keeps glitching out, though. I had to close the game and reopen it three times because suddenly all of the patients are cold even though there was like 30 heaters, and then the the game would tell me there is no bathroom when there was. I also found it really frustrating trying to add things into the small space that you start with, and it was hard to know where things were landing when you're buying them. Cute game, but frustrating to play.

ATER TEN YEARS OVER MONETIZED UNDER DEVELOPED!! these Developers do not improve quality of life of this game. only adding things that cost real world money. There are many bugs and glitches which they do not fix, or even acknowledge they exist sometimes denying but there is a problem with their game. sometimes punish players for finding or using these glitches and bugs. Trying to contact the developers about bugs, glitches and problems with their game go unanswered. Do Not Waste Your Time Here
