Mobile Portal services Osakidetza: Appointment, Binder Health and other apps
The appointment service will allow you to request, view and cancel an appointment with your doctor / a family doctor or nurse / a. You can check the calendar with the availability of health professional with whom you want to get a new appointment and request a reminder of it via email.
Identification required for requesting an appointment will be through the personal data of the TIS (Individual Health Card). The appointment service lets you manage your favorite profiles without having to repeatedly enter TIS and date of birth.
To view or cancel an appointment and you must enter the OTP code (cancellation).
* My Health Folder: you can consult your secure and confidential health information: reports, medication, upcoming appointments ... and access content of interest to your health
* Health Tip: We provide health recommendations based on your symptoms based on protocols Osakidetza health action.
* Polls: some recommendations will be provided from the information provided by the user through a health questionnaire. Since it is the user information provided by these recommendations it is purely indicative, so under no circumstances replace the medical diagnosis of a qualified health professional. For more specific information about your ailments and symptoms, we recommend that you consult your doctor.

La plataforma podría mejorar muchísimo. Conveniente en la situación de pandemia actual, pero llamar a tu centro de salud es más rápido, cómodo y sencillo. La clave de introducción termina siendo tediosa. No siempre vas a tener el papel delante, a pesar de poder solicitar a través de gmail una copia virtual, llamar sigue siendo más cómodo. La distribución y clasificación de las carpetas se beneficiaría de una actualización de acceso más simple.

Muy poco practica y dificil de usar. Si quiero consultar mis citas no tengo porqué saberme el código.

Lamentable. 1- No cumple ninguna funcionalidad de aplicación, ya que redirige a la página web de Osakidetza. 2- No permite la elección de médico a la hora de la cita; lo que supone más esperas a la hora de llegar al ambulatorio y tener que cambiar de médico. Mucho más cómodo pedir cita por teléfono. Desinstalada.
