IS "ESF" will allow taxpayers to work through a smartphone in the information system of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Electronic invoices" with the following documents in electronic form:

- electronic invoices (ESF);
- accompanying invoices for goods (SNT);
- electronic contracts (ED);
- acts of completion (ABP).

IS ESF will help fulfill tax obligations in terms of maintaining documentation, which is especially important for small and medium-sized businesses.

IS ESF is synchronized with the IS ESF server https://esf.gov.kz:8443/ and is available only to registered members of the system, therefore, to work, you must register on the web portal https://esf.gov.kz:8443/.

IS ESF will allow using the following system functions:

- Perform authorization in the application by means of an EDS, as well as use the alternative possibility of quick entry by IIN and password, 4-digit access code, fingerprint and Face ID.

- Receive push notifications on the smartphone screen and view notifications in the application, which will allow you not to miss important events on the statement, change, recall, rejection and other events that occurred on the EIF, SNT, AVR and ED on the initiative of your counterparties or employees of your company.

- The head of the company to invite new employees, assign and edit the powers of employees to work in the IS ESF, block employees if necessary. An employee of the company to accept an invitation from the head to work in IS ESF.

- Work with ESP, namely: create and send the main, corrected, additional ESP to the counterparty (including create ESP based on SNT, ATS, AVR EGZ), withdraw the ESP, reject the received corrected and additional ESPs, reject the recipient's feedback of the ESP, view ESP, download the printed form, work with drafts.

- From the date of the launch of the pilot project on SNT, work with accompanying invoices for goods, namely: create and send the primary, corrected SNT, SNT to the counterparty for a return, withdraw, reject and confirm SNT, view SNT, download the printed form, work with drafts.

- Work with ATS, namely: create ATS and send to a counterparty, withdraw, confirm and reject ATS, terminate ATS, view ATS, download a printed form, work with drafts.

- Work with ED, namely: confirm the contract, send the contract to the counterparty, revoke the contract, approve and reject the contract, terminate the contract, view the contract and download the printed form.

- Have quick access to news published on the IS ESF web portal.

- Edit your profile (change personal data, email and password).
