The No Offense mobile app is a private, judgment free environment for you to learn more about 1) yourself, 2) the lived experiences of other people and 3) ask cultural questions without the excuse of feeling uncomfortable or embarrassed. Instead of worrying about offending someone, you can confidently ask questions for which you need practical answers. Learn information about equity, equality and inclusion without fear of judgment.

Proximity to someone else's culture, identity or ethnicity doesn't
automatically preclude unintentional bias or even racism. Rather than observe
and ask questions someone may have answered a hundred times before,
No Offense provides you with an opportunity to be proactive.

The No Offense mobile app is built around emotional
intelligence, including self-awareness of unintentional bias and
the impact of good intentions which aren't based in education.
Good intentions that do not positively impact people may cause resentment, and whether personally or professionally, resentment can diminish our ability to communicate with valuable clients, retain employees or create rifts in valuable
family and personal relationships.

People who are in the global majority or differently abled communities
may not choose to speak up when they feel offended or misunderstood,
but these continued interactions create emotional labor which lessens their
productivity and investment, whether personally or professionally.

No Offense works with organizations to create a culture where the emotional labor load of their employees is lessened by hiring employees who are both competent in their positions and emotionally intelligent, helping them understand that a workforce with fresh perspectives is good for longevity, retention and the financial bottom line. No Offense workshops include how to implement justice in the workplace, how diversity includes white men and equity versus equality, balanced with empathy.
