Can be useless at times

the app is simple enogh to use, but it's not clear if spaces are already taken meaning you have to contact space providers to find out, which seems like a waste of time. Also getting a refund was ridiculous, had to chase them took over 3 weeks!

Tried to book/parking in Sligo General Hospital. App kept telling me I was unauthorised and that there was no internet connection when there was. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but that made no difference. Had to find alternate parking in the end. Very inconvenient!
