I'm not a pastry professional, but I am home pastry aficionado. I have been impressed with Pastry Arts Magazine since the first issue. The articles are well written, varied, and interesting. The photos are clear, detailed, and deliciously beautiful. I've learned things I never knew that I never knew. Reading it feels like I'm friends with the most amazing pastry artists and we're sitting around swapping useful ideas and inside tips. It is such a delight to peruse each issue.
Love the magazine, but two problems. Loads pages after downloading (assuming from the internet for some reason as its slow to load with bad connection) and ignores my autorotate setting when I turn it off, otherwise well done, I'm a big fan so far. (Also it would be cool to have some trending seasonal flavour pairings or technique showcases). Oh also please make it so I can juet hit the issues cover to start reading instead of the little read button. Thanks guys
Where are the all recipes? (issue 5!) I was really looking for a magazine that had a bit more sophisticated recipes and tricks from real chefs and patisseurs. I saw the magazine on Instagram, so did not know much before aboutit. As a hobby baker, I don't have that much use for all the stories about chefs& industry. I rather have their tricks and recipes. There were a few in the magazine, but not as much as I hoped for. Too bad, will not be an abo for me. I am probably the wrong target group.

Garbage. Foolish me thought this was free because no price was quoted at all prior to download. Beware, in order to use this you are required to pay a subscription fee 😡👎
