Biometrics won't turn on. Developer told me how to fix this. Thank you. 5 star rating now. Clear cache and data from app worked.

Any chance we can get the biometrics to work with this app?!. constantly says you have to log in with your username and password to enable biometrics even though you just logged in with your username and password. **UPDATE 9/2/25** after an email communication with the deaf support. I was able to get my problem with the biometric login sorted out. for anyone else struggling. basically on Android you just need to go in and clear the cache and then the data for the app re-login with your username

The way invoices and trips/charges are displayed is very unintuitive. It's difficult to understand what the real toll actually is and if by paying I'm going to do it the wrong way and not get the discount as an EZ pass account holder. It should be very clear to see tolls, by plate, and by date. Unfortunately it seems like everything is piled together which causes confusion in understanding the overall cost. the "reversals" and fees and other administrative activity should be separated.

app crashes while looking at transactions, keeps kicking me out

Terrible, outdated appearing app and website. I received a notification the credit card I had on file was expired. When I went to log in, it made me change my password. Fine, except my old one wouldn't work, and when I used the temporary password, it took multiple tries to get the app to accept it (the website just straight up wouldn't). What a joke.
