Veterinarians will check your pet's condition through a video call using the app and examine it.
You can use it from anywhere in the country.

◇Prescription medicine mail delivery
After the examination, we will prescribe medicine as needed. The medicine will be mailed to your home.

◇Consultation on minor anxieties
Experienced veterinarians will be happy to answer your questions about your pet.

◇Is there a waiting time?
→We can guide you relatively smoothly, but if it is busy, you may have to wait.

◇Can I get medicine?
→After the examination, we will give you medicine as needed. However, the maximum number of days for prescriptions for the first visit is 7 days.

In addition, we cannot prescribe medicines other than those that require instructions and approved veterinary medicines, or medicines that are not approved for veterinary use.

◇How do I receive the medicine?
→We will ask for your delivery address and send it to you by mail. The number of days until delivery is about 2 to 3 days after the examination.

◇Can you also look at birds and reptiles?
→We are limited to dogs and cats.

◇Can I consult you about small matters?
→You can consult us about anything related to dogs and cats.
