I love PetSmart, I shop here often, but the app is one of the worst apps, plz fix this, you have to be sure to check the inventory sometimes it doesn't match up with the store🤦the POS in store doesn't match the price in the app so you have to be sure to tell the cashier which backs up the line at times, it could be a significant difference in the price🤷

Petsmart is a fun place to shop at for anything you might want for your pet. They never have enough employees to help you though. Sometimes waiting in line to check out gets long.

It would be great if it allowed to reorder things based on past orders and not always have the "an error ocurred" message. No matter what, the app and the website at some point, always has an issue while trying to checkout. Please fix this!!!!!!!

The rewards you earn are good, but their system is something else.. points expire before they are supposed to and they take points away constantly.. then when you have 1.77 to use they tell you, "I'm sorry, but you don't have points to use." Even when you show them on the app you do. That is not including the VIP levels.. It said I only needed $129 now I need $194.. like WT..
