The app was great for a long time, but recently it keeps making my child lose their streak, when it knows a day has not been missed. Very frustrating. update- it doesn't do that anymore, so in an update it must've been fixed!! A suggestion for the app that I think would be cool for kids is to have the option for their sparkly to lose teeth along with them!

My kiddo just turned 11 and still loves brushing with Sparkly even after gosh, at least 5-6 years now? I am really glad the devs listened to feedback and added profile backups! In the past few weeks however the app has started having issues, maybe with the latest Android updates?

Great when it works, but lately it's been impossible to use the app. The new backup feature let me move my kids from a very old phone that stopped connecting to the brushes. I then changed to a third phone. Worked fine for a bit. but now the app opens and crashes repeatedly and it takes us an hour to get it to work so they don't lose their streak. And any time you log out/change phones/reinstall, it makes them waste 10 mins reopening all of the gifts they've earned so far before they can brush

The app keeps getting worse. it has been giving inconsistent rewards to my kids for a while and now it wont even safe how they dressed it up etc. Just adding frustration to our daily teeth brushing. We will be looking for alternatives unless this is fixed soon.
