I booked my lab test through the Curelo app, and the experience was absolutely horrible. Just one day before, I had done the same tests personally at another certified lab, and the reports were completely different. The difference was so huge that it was clearly wrong and unreliable. I immediately raised a complaint with proper proof, but till today there is no callback, no explanation, and no resolution. Their customer support is useless, irresponsible, and totally unprofessional.
