Physitrack is the provider of the app. The app shows exercises, information material and questionnaires to help you get started with remedying minor physical complaints.

The Physioapp has been developed for you in collaboration with physiotherapists.

Before you start ... In the app, first check via 'Start the check' whether the use of the app suits your complaints. And whether it is wise to get started yourself. Or that it is better to visit a physiotherapist or your doctor.

This app is not intended to determine which complaints you are experiencing. Do you continue to have complaints? Or do you not trust your complaints? Then always visit your doctor or physiotherapist.

Get support with the execution of your exercises, read the information material and complete questionnaires thanks to notifications within the app.
