I subscribe to the other PixelStar games. This one is different. Same affordability and format for ads and currency. Not to spoil anything but the format change with the ship and all the attachments is EXTREMELY refreshing and I recommend playing for an hour or so before you pass the inevitable judgment

It is such a great game. Its addictive but not too addictive. Its fun to upgrade your ship and turrets. I like the attention to detail with the turret projectiles as they change shape when you upgrade them enough. One problem i have is that getting TP aka turret points is kinda hard and annoying. But overall its a great game to play with your free time.

While simple and fun, it lacks a lot of driving force to keep me playing it. Progression is slow, rewards are minimal, and the absence of offline continuation is a buzzkill. A lower cap for upgrades would be nice as well--I thought 99 was going to be it, but that quickly changed when it went past 101 (if it ends up being 999, that's going to drop a review star or two). No one has the time to max out one single weapon, let alone EVERYTHING ELSE in the game, come on now.

While the game does create some nostalgia from older games, it lacks a lot of things. 1.Tickets do not accumulate after closing the game. 2. Boss raid should give at the very least 1 ship part per successful completion. 3. Implement a system that increases your stage while the app is closed. It can be based by the maximum stage and be capped at the player's maximum stage.

Unable to save game progress. When you get to the many selections to save, the yes box is red and doesn't do anything. The no box is green and close window out. Nothing stating progress us saved. Otherwise, the game isn't bad.
