The staff is very helpful and responsive, which made the overall experience much smoother. The app itself is quite easy to use and straightforward.

No ordering review and rating or complaint management for further improvement of service. They need to have order items assurance to make sure no food or beverage items are missing before passing to the delivery person. If possible, cable tie the plastic bag. Happen too many times my can of drinks went missing. Please improve the service!!!

I’ve been using the future order option for my pizza, but the staff seems preparing it immediately instead of at the scheduled time. They then call me asking why I haven’t picked it up yet. By the time I get there, the pizza isn’t hot anymore and the crust isn’t crispy. Also, why isn’t there a dine-in option available? There’s takeaway and delivery, but no in-store dining.

Lousy return policy. I made an order through the app and even paid the order. Sometime after making the order, I got a call from the Pizza Hut outlet. They informed me that the outlet is closed for the day and to call their customer service for the refund. I called their customer service and was told that it would take 7-21 working days for a refund and will be notified via email!!!! In today's culture, a long lead time for a refund is unacceptable.
