Unquestionably pay for play. Unless you have deep pockets you will never scratch the surface of power in this game, that't just reality. Is it a fun game? Yes. But not for casual players. You must really like war games to hang in there, spending cash each week to compete.

Huge waste of time now. It was fun when it first came out, but now everytime you login unless you have multiple billions of power you will quickly be gatekeeped from growing by players that do have multiple million or billions of power. I asked them to stop they did not, and every time I got online I got at least 5 replies of either getting scouted or attacked. I only had about 1 million power at a level 13 th, and every single report is from someone that is over 10-163 million. Not Recommended.
