Excellent APP.

The Customer service agent is really good, but I was charged a penalty that couldn't be rescinded, purely because I had a trip that was over 2 hours, 2h15. If I knew the rule, I would have changed bikes earlier which I didn't. It should be more clear. I also was able to sign up but apparently, without a Spanish phone number, this shouldn't be allowed either. So I can't use the service after all. But in principle, the service should be great if you live in Spain, or have a Spanish phone.
