Please clearly inform users somewhere obvious that the coloursmith window is no longer in use. It would also be helpful if you explained to app users that you cannot accurately match the colour of paint on your wall by taking a photo and if an accurate colour match is required, the coloursmith reader is needed. Or alternatively to see a local Taubmans supplier. 4 stars because the ability to make colours using the app combined with encycolorpedia and easyrgb has been super helpful! :)

Colour match works well using camera or existing photo but when trying to use the colour match card it just says "device not supported". Could you look into this? Device is an Oppo R9S Plus (CPH1611).

I thought I was going to see paint that taubmans makes that comes close to my color. So obvious. Much easier than all the rigmarole that one needs to go through to get a pot made up exactly as scanned. a good feature, but the fact that you don't include a ready made match straight off first suggests to me that you want people to sign in etc.... I'm so sick of apps that want all my info when it's not necessary, sure it can help in some ways, but not having options makes me uninstall fast.

Installed the app on 4 different devices and none of them worked with the window. One, a Lenovo TB-8540F said device not supported (it would be helpful if a list of supported devices was published somewhere). Two devices (a Nokia TA-1053 and a Lenovo TB-X505F) got partway through the QR calibration before the error downloading files message came up. The last device (a Nokia TA-1234) won't activate the camera unless I put the phone in sleep then wake it up again, but then won't take a calibration picture and move to the next step, and also shows the error downloading files message. All of these installs and attempts were done after responses from PPG Digital to other reviewers with the same issues saying the issues have been resolved.
