Event promoters, use this app to validate customers arriving at your event
* Verify customers as they enter your event using your smartphone or tablet.
* Scan RapidScan tickets or lookup by customer name
* Very fast ticket scanning
* Instant verification or rejection of tickets
* Keep tickets on sale once your doors open to maximise sales (Wifi/4G/3G connection required)
* Filter available tickets to allow different customers to enter at different entrances
* View entry stats showing who's entered and who's yet to attend
* Find your peak entry hours to help plan staffing
* Synchronisation with multiple devices so you can have more than one person working on the door (Wifi/4G/3G connection required)
* Data is sent to your Promotion Centre so you can analyse later

Ignore the bad reviews as they are ticket buyers using the wrong app. This app makes the box office a doddle and has worked perfectly for our festival two years running, even in a remote field with rubbish signal!

my password also wouldn't work, so for anyone wanting to use this app - go into the promotion centre online and add a rapidscan device. It'll give you a QR code. Scan the QR code and it will log you into your account.

Its saying I have the wrong email and password, I do not as it is written down infront of me and it works on PC, I have tried my username and email but still no luck.

I know my email address, username and password, but when I type it in, it says that it's the incorrect password. It isn't! Please fix this!
