Ø As soon as you press the panic button, emergency information and your location are sent via SMS to your relatives you have added to the emergency contact list in the application. Your relatives using the application can follow our location live on the map.

Ø Pronet Alarm Receiving Center calls you within an average of 10 seconds, if it cannot reach you, it calls your relatives in your emergency contact list in order.

Ø Pronet confirms the emergency and directs you to the ambulance, police or fire department according to your needs.

Ø As long as you hold down the panic button, our Pronet Alarm Information Center continues its live location tracking.
