Here's hoping any rewards or offers will be available to use at any store, as that hasn't been the case recently at the one nearest me. Also, the app needs to scroll a bit more, as the bottom option in each section gets its name cut off.

love Freebirds, but this app is awful. It only works half the time, if that. Very slow, clunky, and not visually appealing it intuitive. every time you leave the order screen it has to sign you in again. Placing an order is just difficult, it may error out, it may not. I definitely go to Freebirds less because of app difficulties. Fix it, it's costing you money. also, no dark mode

I love Freebirds but the app and general online experience has been awful for a long time. It won't let me redeem rewards and sends me creepy, clingy messages every week about how long it has been since I have been there, often with more offers that I can't redeem. Half the time I can't even order at all, through app or web (all the app does is load the website). Makes me less likely to go there at all, which really sucks.
