- Activate free health plans on food, physical activity, chronic illnesses or family health.

- To monitor the most important indicators for your health, such as weight, blood pressure or glucose, among others.

- To monitor your daily activity. Mark your own objectives and excel yourself. Adeslas connects to Apple Health, through the API HealthKit, and other activity apps to perform an ongoing monitoring of your daily physical activity.
