Unable to convert Life rewards, app is confusing

App keeps giving an error and is not loading any data

Re-installed twice still not working. It shows the error "Network is unreachable" and it doesn't show any info. Tested on 4G with Ooredoo and with different WiFi connection. It's a bummer as the info are not available on QNB website but only via the app...
