it's great and user friendly but seriously guys just add the biometric login or just keep me logged in it's annoying that every time i wanna use it i have to write my user name and password and it takes forever ngl

The app is slow and looks so outdated, and you can't log in with your fingerprint like any other banking app. But the idea and the service are good.

This app runs slower than a website, everything in the app is terribly slow and takes way too long to load. I dont know why they cant just take the template from the primary qnb app and rebrand it. Functions work but they are too slow. Plus i wish i didnt have to re login every time i open the app (Could have a biometric based login instead for example). Disappointed.

If I can give it less than one star I would, It is too bad that you can't even login smoothly, The actions in the app takes forever, be token is useless and can't even generate the 17 digit derivation code it genarate it with one messing digit and I can't complete my transactions. Overall easily the worst banking application experience.
