I loved playing the desktop games 10 years ago, and I love this. The only thing keeping me from rating it 5 stars is that it's not always predictable whether a tap will select an action, start it, stop it (sometimes you preemptively tap it twice because you guessed wrong), or, bafflingly, do nothing (which could be related to the too-small hitboxes). This spells death for your timer. A work queue would make this so much more playable.

The three-star rating even though I love the Roads of Rome games all of them and have played them many many times on my PC, they got three stars from me because they make you freaking buy after only just six levels! There is no need for that at all. Give us ads don't cut us off from the game! Do you even fathom how hard it is to try to find a game of this caliber here at the Play Store? And something that I truly like? It's near impossible! And you just took it away from me.

The ads suck and I can deal with that, but now you cant tap an object to see what resources you need to build ,so its s guessing game. Not worth the trouble.

The first few levels work great, but as soon as you purchase the game, it stops working correctly. The paid levels don't have the information about what is required to build or clear obstacles, so you have to guess what resources to use. It is very frustrating, and clear that the developers only cared about making the demo levels good to get you money - not about the quality of the actual game.
