I can't even login any more, it just says "something went wrong". I know my login info is correct because I can log into the website just fine.

Completely stopped support for Android 13 phones (s20 etc.) Without a heads up?? Sooo, i guess if you have a few year old phone you are out of luck?!

Newest update broke the app, have to log in multiple times to get to messages and then the messages screen doesn't even display. Can't add phone # for 2FA it just says "something went wrong". Have to go through menus to look at important info such as usage stats and ID card info. Biometrics is no longer standard but has to be selected, and wasn't optional for second login to message center.

Completely worthless app. Can't even login. Always says, "Something went wrong." I was able to login when I first installed the app but hasn't worked since then. I don't understand how companies can design an app with nothing but negative reviews and not bother to fix it. I think Regence just wanted to be able to say, "we have an app." It doesn't work in any way, shape, or form but, " we have an app." UNINSTALLED!
