With our Reichenbach app, we enable our customers to pre-order from us easily, conveniently and quickly.

And this is how it works: Customer orders via the Reichenbach app, specifying when and in which branch the order will be picked up. The pre-order is automatically printed in the store and confirmed as soon as it is accepted. The customer picks up the pre-order at the desired time and pays as usual at the checkout or at the collection machine.

Advantages for our customers: Pre-order flexibly via the Reichenbach app, stating what I want to pick up when and where! No long waits in the branch - waiting is a thing of the past! App confirmation once order is received and accepted. Payment still in the branch on site.
