Shri Shankaracharya Vidyalaya is primarily a national institution with international perspectives, holding secular and democratic values. Affiliated to CBSE, School has been imparting education since 1993. 1993 Started only 5 teachers Mrs. Gita Rai Chaudhury(HM), Ms. Jyoti Mishra (Bhumi Pujan) as a secretary Mrs. Roop Majumdar, Ms. Rajni Shishupal, Ms. Parul Shrivastava, Mrs. Khare Students 37 (Classes KG-I to Class I). With 37 students on its rolls in classes KG-I to Class I at the outset, the school has come a long way with a present strength of 2200 in classes Nursery to XII and 75 teachers. The Students can opt for Science and Commerce Streams after Class X. Also the students are provided a wide range of options to choose from as Fifth Subject including Computer Science, Informatics Practices, Entrepreneurship and Physical Education. The past three years’ results of the Students of the school have been 98% for AISSE and 97% for AISSCE.
