For eligible changes, the credit is updated; for cancellations or no-shows, the cashback is voided.

You can use the app (fine), you reserve, pay (fine), but when you pick up the car/unit, it's a third party app, you will be stuck at the rental for a while. Not fun. I just want the keys and go.

I suggest you DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The rental company charged more at the time of rental. I did not accept it. The service was not provided. After many unsuccessful calls and in the last one waiting more than 50 minutes to be answered and once again the attendant call stopped, I can only come here and open the eyes of other consumers. I don't know how to solve it. I already believe that I lost my money. The person who I spoke was polite but it's not enough, I still don't have my money.
