Can't see the amount of cups I have in beverage since new update

I'd rather not have to hand over so much personal information just to receive every 8th cup free when all other programs still use a physical card. Also, when signing up would have to scroll back to the 80s...so manual option unless you just skip that and log in via the website to update it later. Really annoying and I'm not even a senior who doesn't have a smartphone, can't imagine how cranky they'll be!

The app doesn't always work and doesn't link up with the stores properly. Have had a free drink on the app but it doesn't show up on the stores end.

Your app does not work, after scanning, the app does nothing, used it twice for 2 coffees each, after first transaction, only one coffee registered in app despite store scanning multiple times, tried to use second time and now no history or record of any coffee purchases in app. Pretty poor.
