So l really enjoy this game and play daily building my island BUT on two occasions l have had to restart the game firstly due to a problem that they failed to fix and then l brought a new laptop and it didn't automatically transfer the progress l had made so reached out and got told it was fixed and followed the instructions but still failed to load up that game so yes l've restarted it AGAIN and am again making progress......so fingers crossed no more issues.......it is a great fun game l enjoy

I uninstalled this game last 2021 because my phone had so many apps, now im back and it already 7 days since i reinstalled it.. but until now i could not see the buildings i built.. the loading is too slow.. please fix it..

Very buggy. Game won't render and only shows black boxes for most buildings. Would be 5 stars if it would actually render. I have tried the troubleshooting recommended and am on fiber internet so this is a bug. EDIT. Lowered to 2 stars because there is no change to the rendering and many things do not work or exist in the game. I.e if I click the boat I built it just says loading and never loads.

UNINSTALLING YOUR GAME DUE TO YOUR LOST CONNECTION ON YOUR SIDE, I HAVE AWESOME INTERNET. YOU JUST LOST A NEW PLAYER AND DONT TELL ME THAT I NEED TO CLEAR CACHE OR ANY OF THAT. WILL BE LOOKING FOR A BETTER GAME THAT WILL FULLY LOAD AND LET ME PLAY. GOODBYE
