The ESIM Mobile Application, developed by the Ministry of Health to connect our hearing-impaired citizens to life in emergencies, has renewed all its infrastructure and superstructure in order to provide better service. With the project, our disabled citizens can instantly call the 112 Emergency Service, initiate a video call or make instant messaging through the mobile applications that they can download to their personal phones free of charge. With this application developed using the latest technology, they can send their location using GPS with one click and share photos of the emergency with our operators.
