Sales Rabbit has been an extremely useful tool while door knocking. It allows me to keep track of all doors knocked with multiple options to how to categorize them. Plus they instantly sync and are logged into their data base. The customer support is fantastic, quick to respond, and will fix any issues instantaneously. Highly recommend this app for anyone who door knocks.
Very easy to learn and use CRM. Love the mapping feature. The funneling/filtering of leads takes some getting used to but once you do its easy to navigate through your leads. Chat help feature is super fast and reps are knowledgeable and helpful. I wish I could actually see different pipelines but that isn't a make or break for me.
Good but has bugs. It often times will copy descriptions on a lead to a different lead entirely. It also has an issue with data entry where it takes text cursor to the front and so when typing it'll be a couple words then the back half of word/number goes to wrong so everything is wrong. Really annoying and really breaks this app from being functional in field.
**You cannot export your data without paying them money** And they are not upfront about that. You can from the web app, which is a subscription service, but not the phone app. I simply wanted to export my lead data for a separate project, but now I don't want to use the app anymore at all. I had just accepted not being able to customize my icons because I didn't want to search for another app. ugh.
Need this for work, it's part of our team's new workflow and the December update has really ruined it. Won't load areas, won't sync, won't allow re-syncing and customer service was not helpful in resolving the issue. It is strictly an issue with the android app too, web version works fine but I'm not bringing a PC door to door, there's a reason we use the mobile app. Very disappointing and hope this gets resolved post-haste.
